Sun Beam Homes is SASD’s pilot project in Affordable Housing category, that was launched in 2016.

Huge shortage of decent family apartments for household earning between AED 7500-10,000 per month was observed. The group did an extensive research on the target group and devised strategies based on how all stake holders – government, developer, financial Institution, and customer, can come together to make this a win win situation for all.

There are 16 1-BHK apartments, and 16 2-BHK apartments. Apart from the location, ideal balance of design, MEP features, finishes had a huge impact on cost effectiveness while giving a quality product.
